സ്കൂൾബസ്സിൽ വന്നിറങ്ങിയ കുട്ടി മഴ പെയ്യ്തതിനെത്തുടർന്ന് തൊട്ടടുത്ത കാത്തിരിപ്പ് കേന്ദ്രത്തിൽ കയറി നിൽക്കുകയും ഈ സമയം കാത്തിരിപ്പ് കേന്ദ്രത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന പ്രതി കുട്ടിയെ ലൈംഗികമായി ഉപദ്രവിച്ചു.

കുട്ടി ഉച്ചത്തിൽ നിലവിളിച്ചപ്പോൾ നാട്ടുകാർ ഓടിഎത്തിയപ്പോൾ പ്രതി ഓടി രക്ഷപ്പെടാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചു നാട്ടുകാർപ്രതിയെ ഓടിച്ചിട്ട് പിടികൂടി പോലീസിൽ ഏൽപ്പിച്ചു. കുട്ടിക്ക് വൈദ്യസഹായം നൽകുകയും കുട്ടിയുടെ മൊഴി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി പ്രതിക്കെതിരെ പോക്സോ വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം കേസെടുത്തു
